  • The successful candidate will be a detail-orientated individual with a particular interest in well-crafted, design-led architecture. 

     

    Required skills and qualities: 
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale, high-end hospitality and residential projects Proficient in concept design development, able to express design ideas fluently through sketches and accurate 3D modeling 
    - Able to take responsibility during the concept and design development phases of projects 
    - High-level modeling and visualization experience - Strong graphic presentation and design skills 
    _ Good command of written and verbal English - Proactive, communicative, and able to work well both within a team and individually 
    - Able to bring designs to life within the teamwork ethic

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with extensive knowledge in technical design stages together with the ability to self-manage in working on projects from concept through to completion. 
    Required skills and qualities: 


    - Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale, high-end hospitality and residential projects 
    - Strong construction and technical detailing experience 
    - Ability to produce full detailed design tender packages (please include examples within your portfolio if possible) High-end hospitality and residential interior experience 
    - Good internal and external communication, project control, team organization skills, and the ability to lead the team to complete the bidding project Good command of written and verbal English

  • The successfull candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned projects are delivered in line with budget, profitability, schedule, quality, documentation, and contractual requirements. This role involves working closely with partners, project leaders, and clients to align on scope, timelines, and expectations; reviewing contracts and identifying critical points; and overseeing the smooth execution of projects from kick-off to delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure projects reflect GEOMIM’s design goals and meet agreed targets for schedule, content, quality, and profitability.

    • Present proposals to clients with clear technical and financial explanations; lead and coordinate negotiation processes, keeping Partners informed.

    • Review and finalise contracts, coordinate technical/administrative appendices, and ensure advance payments are collected.

    • Brief project teams on scope, terms, and risks, ensuring timely decision-making by management.

    • Oversee project timelines, identify potential delays early, and coordinate solutions with Partners.

    • Organise and participate in project briefing and coordination meetings.

    • Ensure all documentation is maintained in accordance with GEOMIM’s standards, and archieved properly.

    • Lead and mentor project teams, utilising skills effectively, fostering growth, and facilitating knowledge sharing.

    • Anticipate, prioritise, and resolve potential or emerging project issues proactively.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

    • University degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to represent GEOMIM independently with clients.

    • Excellent communication with internal teams and external consultants.

    • Skilled in crisis management and problem-solving.
